Sure Business powers up Guernsey offering with new Professional Services Engineer

Sure Business has expanded its growing Professional Services team in Guernsey, adding Tom Le Prevost to its ranks as Professional Services Engineer – Modern Workplace and Cloud. Tom will be a vital part of Sure Business’ client services team, providing IT support to clients ranging from SMEs to large corporate customers.

Tom will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT support, including installing new software and hardware and acting swiftly to resolve any issues his customers may have. He will be working with Guernsey based clients and supporting the wider team across Jersey and Isle of Man, forming strong, lasting relationships.

He will also aid the Sales team by recommending new products and solutions based on what his clients need and want as part of their Modern Workplace strategy.

Prior to joining Sure, Tom worked within the IT industry on Guernsey for nearly twenty years. Starting out as an IT technician for a notable trust company, Tom has also worked for a French bank and an independent IT provider. This experience gives him a powerful understanding of the technological needs of businesses in the financial services sector as well as solid experience working within a large service provider.
