More growth for Sure Business with hire of Professional Services Engineer

Sure Business has added Tony Camacho to its team as Professional Services Engineer, within our Modern Workplace and Cloud Practice. Tony will be based in Jersey with responsibility for supporting and implementing solutions around communication and collaboration systems for businesses across Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

As a Professional Services Engineer, Tony will be responsible for identifying, developing, and assisting with the implementation of services to help businesses enhance their digital offering and capabilities. Part of Tony’s role will be assisting Sure’s drive to lead digital transformation to support customers in their modern workplace journey, ensuring their digital infrastructure ‘just works’.

Tony has over 20 years of customer service experience in varied roles working with SMEs and large businesses, making him a perfect fit for the Sure Business team. Prior to joining Sure, Tony has previous experience in telephony as a telecommunications engineer and operations technician at JET, C5 Alliance and Prosperity.
